Research on the OPN Model of Precise Empowerment of University Counselors' Qualities
University counselors undertake the important mission of educating people for the Party and the country.They are important implementer of ideological and political education in universities,leading students to grow and become talents.In order to avoid skill panic among counselors,continu-ously improve their qualities and abilities,and promote them towards professionalization and specializa-tion,universities should focus on building a precise empowerment platform and creating a virtuous cy-cle of precise empowerment models.The OPN model is a targeted career development model for coun-selors based on their precise empowerment needs,combined with the characteristics of their develop-ment and growth.Through a trinity of planning,practice,and brand,the OPN model aims to solve the dilemma of counselor's growth and development.It clarifies the goal system,precise training model,and implementation path at three levels,carrying out precise empowerment from the dimensions of the-ory,practice,and individual growth in an effective way.
