为了解环境因子对枫香生长影响及其适应性,对3个采集地的枫香叶片表型性状与环境因子的关联性进行研究。结果表明:不同采集地枫香叶片表型性状变异系数为4。86%-38。29%,枫香的叶柄长度(PL)、叶片长度(LL)、叶片宽度(LW)、中裂片宽度(ML)、叶面积(LA)、叶片鲜重(FW)、叶片干重(DW)、叶绿素(LCC)、氮含量(LNC)、叶形指数(LI)、比叶面积(SLA)变异系数大且差异极显著。不同采集地枫香叶片表型性状间存在相关性。叶片的表型性状主要受到经度(E)、纬度(N)、海拔(ASL)、土壤指标和温度等环境因子影响。
Analysis of Phenotypic Traits of Liquidambar formosana Leaves from Different Collection Sites
In order to understand the effects of environmental factors on the growth and adaptability of Liquidambar formosana in different collection sites,the correlation between phenotypic traits of L.for-mosana leaves and environmental factors in three collection sites was studied.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of phenotypic traits was 4.86%-38.29%,and the petiole length(PL),leaf length(LL),leaf width(LW),middle blade width(ML),leaf area(LA),leaf fresh weight(FW),dry weight(DW),leaf chlorophyll content(LCC),leaf nitrogen content(LNC),leaf shape index(LI),specific leaf area(SLA)coefficient and significant difference,indicating that the pheno-type indexes have better adaptability to the environment.Correlations among L.formosana phenotypic traits at different collection sites.The phenotypic traits of leaves are mainly affected by environmental factors such as longitude(E),latitude(N),altitude(ASL),soil index and temperature.
