突发公共卫生事件下的检验技术本科教学改革思考

近年来,在对不确定且影响范围较大的突发公共卫生事件处置中,检验专业发挥了重要的作用,同时也对检验技师在生物安全规范、检测技术整合及参与临床诊断上提出更高的要求。如何培养拥有更全面的理论及实践能力的检验专业人才显得尤为重要。本文从新型冠状病毒感染疫情带给检验专业的挑战及机遇出发,立足本科教育,通过对本科学生在校理论课程设置与临床实习两方面的改革,以期构建顺应突发公共卫生事件要求的检验本科教学体系。
Reflections on Reform of Undergraduate Teaching in Laboratory Medicine under Public Health Emergencies
In recent years,the medical laboratory profession has played an increasingly important role in handling the high demands of uncertain and large-scale public health emergencies.It also places higher demands on laboratory technicians in terms of biosafety regulations,integration of detection techniques,and participation in clinical diagnosis.How to cultivate laboratory medicine with more comprehensive theoretical and practical abilities is particularly prominent.Starting from the challenges and opportunities brought by the COVID-19 pandemic to the medical laboratory profession,based on undergraduate education,this article aims to build an undergraduate teaching system for laboratory tes-ting that meets the requirements of public health emergencies by reforming the theoretical curriculum and clinical internships for undergraduate students in undergraduate education.
