A Study on the Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of Secondary School Physical Education Reform:A Case Study of Five High Schools in Qiandongnan
This study systematically analyzes the main factors influencing the effectiveness of secondary school physical education reform through a literature review and questionnaire survey.The research re-sults indicate that the inertia of traditional physical education concepts,the disconnection between the-oretical research on educational reform and actual teaching practice,misunderstandings of new physical education concepts,the impact of the exam-oriented education system,and the imbalance in the allo-cation of physical education resources are the main challenges currently faced by secondary school physical education reform.The survey results show that these factors collectively restrict the improve-ment of physical education quality.This study provides a scientific basis for understanding the bottle-necks in secondary school physical education reform and suggests directions and measures for future re-forms.
