中学体育教学改革成效的影响因素研究——以黔东南州五所高中为例

摘要
本文通过文献综述和问卷调查,系统分析了影响中学体育教学改革成效的主要因素.研究结果表明,传统体育教育思想的惯性、教学改革的理论研究与实际教学实践的脱节、对新体育教育思想的误解、应试教育体制的影响以及体育教学资源配置不平衡是当前中学体育教学改革面临的主要挑战.调查结果显示,这些因素共同制约了体育教学质量的提升.研究为深入理解中学体育教学改革的瓶颈问题提供了科学依据,并为未来的改革方向和措施提出了建议.
Abstract
This study systematically analyzes the main factors influencing the effectiveness of secondary school physical education reform through a literature review and questionnaire survey.The research re-sults indicate that the inertia of traditional physical education concepts,the disconnection between the-oretical research on educational reform and actual teaching practice,misunderstandings of new physical education concepts,the impact of the exam-oriented education system,and the imbalance in the allo-cation of physical education resources are the main challenges currently faced by secondary school physical education reform.The survey results show that these factors collectively restrict the improve-ment of physical education quality.This study provides a scientific basis for understanding the bottle-necks in secondary school physical education reform and suggests directions and measures for future re-forms.
