The Historical Evolution and Practical Logic of Counterpart Support Policy of Elementary Education in Ethnic Minority Areas in New China
The Elementary education support is an important policy of supporting the development of education in ethnic minority areas in the economically and culturally developed areas of China.It has played an important role in promoting the common development of inter-regional education.The chan-ges in the policy of supporting the elementary education in the New China ethnic minority areas have undergone three main stages:exploring the start-up,forming and developing,deepening and perfec-ting.Adhere to the Party's overall leadership,pay attention to the combination of top-level policy de-sign and grassroots exploration,implement education and anti-poverty governance,coordinate all par-ties for the government,and strengthen inspection supervision to ensure the effectiveness of implemen-tation is the practical logic of effective policies with Chinese characteristics.
