For the rejuvenation of a nation,rural revitalization is imperative.The rural revitalization strategy is a significant initiative proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chi-na,a task that is of global and historical importance for the comprehensive construction of a modern so-cialist country.Rural revitalization requires writing talents,and how to cultivate such talents for rural revitalization,as well as what kind of writing talents to cultivate,is a topic worth researching.This ar-ticle suggests that the cultivation of writing talents for rural revitalization should focus on five aspects:first,strengthen organizational leadership and grasp the"key elements";second,enhance team build-ing and consolidate the"core indicators";third,increase training efforts to boost"internal motiva-tion";fourth,hold competitive events to test the"writing strength";fifth,implement a linkage be-tween work efficiency and quality to ensure"quality improvement and efficiency enhancement".
