民族地区高校特色育人模式构建与实施——以凯里学院美术与设计学院"1233"模式为例

基于一个"德育为先的基本功提升工程""民族和生态"两个元素、"以赛带教、以赛带学、以赛带训(简称'三带');设计作品、设计产品、设计商品(简称'三设')"(简称"1233"模式)的高校美术教育模式,是在尊重教学规律的前提下,探索在欠发达的民族地区,通过凸显"比较优势",能够和国内学术前沿接轨、提升整体办学水平,促进学生成长成才的高校"育人"实践。通过"强基础","显特色","抓赛事","重实践"践行"三全育人",落实"立德树人"根本任务,实现为民族地区经济社会发展培养政治素养高、具有创新精神和实践能力的合格应用型人才的目标。
Construction and Implementation of Featured Education Model in Colleges and Universities in Minority Areas:The Practice of"1233"Education Model of the School of Art and Design at Kaili University
Based on the basic skills improvement project of moral education comes first,two elements of nationality and ecology,three ways of guiding e.g.teaching through competition,learning through competition,and training through competition,three designs e.g.design works,design products,and design goods(the 1233 college art education model),under the premise of respecting the laws of teaching,in order to keep up with the forefront of domestic academia,improve the overall level of edu-cation,and promote the growth of students into talent practice,the researchers explore in the less de-veloped ethnic areas by highlighting comparative advantages.Through strengthening the foundation,showing characteristics,grasping the competition,emphasizing practice practicing three-wide educa-tion,the current research implements the fundamental tasks of foster virtue through education,a-chieves the goal of cultivating qualified practical talents with high political literacy,innovative spirit and practical ability for the economic and social development in ethnic areas.
