摘要
应急救援技术专业可以满足国家和社会对应急安全人才的迫切需求,为应对各类突发事件提供有力的人力支撑.贵州职业技术学院是贵州省最早开办应急救援技术专业的高职院校.为掌握高职院校应急救援技术专业学生学情,对贵州职业技术学院应急救援技术专业的学生展开学情调查,从学生生源、择校原因、择专业原因、职业规划、学习期待、教学条件保障等6个方面对学生的需求展开详细分析,并在此基础上制定了符合学生需求的人才培养策略,为更好地培养出优秀的应急救援技术人才提供保障.
Abstract
The specialty of emergency rescue technology can meet the urgent demand of the state and the society for emergency safety talents,and provide strong human support for responding to all kinds of emergencies.Guizhou Institute of Vocational Technology is the earliest higher vocational college in Guizhou Province to start the emergency rescue technology major.In order to grasp the learning situa-tion of students majoring in emergency rescue technology in higher vocational colleges and universities,we conducted a survey on the learning situation of students majoring in emergency rescue technology in Guizhou Vocational and Technical College,and carried out a detailed analysis of students'needs in six aspects,including students'source,reasons for choosing schools,reasons for choosing majors,career planning,learning expectations,teaching conditions and guarantees.On this basis,we have developed teaching and management strategies that meet the needs of students,to provide a better guarantee for the cultivation of excellent emergency rescue technicians.
