江西不同产地5个薄壳山核桃品种种实性状综合评价

对5个薄壳山核桃在不同产地的单果重、果实横径、果实纵径、果壳厚度、果仁重、鲜出仁率、含油率和蛋白质含量进行了测定,分析不同产地不同品种各指标的差异性和相关性,并基于熵值法综合评价各品种种实性状,初步筛选江西薄壳山核桃区域适生品种。结果表明:'肖尼'果实横径产地间差异最大,达23。95%,各产地'马汉'果实横径均大于其他品种,5个品种果壳厚度差异均达到了 25%以上;单果重最大的为贵溪产地'马汉'(12。51g)、进贤产地'波尼'果仁重(6。96g)和鲜出仁率(61。1%)均最大,'卡多'品种单果重在不同产地间差异最大,达44。23%,'马汉'品种平均单果重高于其它品种,进贤产地'马汉'品种鲜出仁率显著低于其它产地;万载产地'波尼'蛋白质含量(12。91g/100g)最大,显著高于其它产地,较最低的进贤产地高114。25%,进贤产地'肖尼'(15。72g/100g)和'波尼'(5。69g/100g)蛋白质含量相差达176。27%,波尼''马汉''金华''卡多''肖尼'五个品种含油率分别在GX(74。9%)、JX(67。62%)、GQ(71。64%)、GX(74。38%)和GX(68。34%)地区最高;果仁重与单果重、果实横径、纵径等都呈现极显著正相关性,蛋白质含量与单果重、果仁重均呈现显著负相关性;'波尼''马汉''金华''卡多''肖尼'五个品种种实性状分别在万载、共青、万载、高安、武宁产地表现最好,综合各品种种实性状,'马汉'表现最好,'肖尼'表现最差。综上所述,'马汉'适宜在全部调查产地中栽植,而'肖尼'除在武宁产地外,表现均较差,'金华'适宜在高安、共青城和万载栽植,'卡多'在高安产地表现最好,'波尼'在各产地表现相近。
Comprehensive Evaluation of Seed Traits in Five Cary a illinoinensis Varieties from Different Origins in Jiangxi Province
Through anedyzing the differences and correlations of various indicators of single fruit weight,fruit transverse diameter,fruit longitudinal diameter,shell thickness,kernel weight,fresh kernel yield,oil content,and protein content of five Cary a illinoinensis from different regions.The re-sults showed that there was the largest difference in the transverse diameter of Xiao Ni fruit among dif-ferent production areas,reaching 23.95%,while Ma Han fruit had the largest transverse diameter a-mong all production areas.The differences in shell thickness among the five varieties were all over 25%;The highest single fruit weight is found in the Guixi production area of Mahan(12.51 g)and the Jinxian production area of Boni(6.96 g),with the highest kernel weight and fresh kernel rate(61.10%).The Cardo variety has the largest difference in single fruit weight among different produc-tion areas,reaching 44.23%.The average single fruit weight of the Mahan variety is higher than that of other varieties,while the fresh kernel rate of the Mahan variety in the Jinxian production area is sig-nificantly lower than that of other production areas;The protein content of"Boni"from Wanzai pro-duction area is the highest(12.91 g/100 g),significantly higher than other production areas,and 114.25%higher than the lowest production area of Jinxian.The protein content difference between"Xiaoni"(15.72 g/100 g)and"Boni"(5.69 g/100 g)in Jinxian production area is 176.27%.The oil content of"Boni""Mahan""Jinhua""Kado",and"Xiaoni"varieties is highest in GX(74.90%),JX(67.62%),GQ(71.64%),GX(74.38%),and GX(68.34%)regions,respectively;There is a highly significant positive correlation between kernel weight and single fruit weight,as well as fruit transverse and longitudinal diameters.Protein content shows a significant negative correlation with sin-gle fruit weight and kernel weight.The five varieties of Boni,Mahan,Jinhua,Kado,and Xiaoni showed the best performance in the production areas of Wanzai,Gongqing,Wanzai,Gao'an,and Wuning,respectively.Taking into account the overall performance of various varieties,Mahan per-formed the best and Xiaoni performed the worst.In summary,Mahan is suitable for planting in all sur-veyed production areas,while Xiaoni performs poorly except in the Wuning production area.Jinhua is suitable for planting in Gao'an,Gongqingcheng,and Wanzai,Kaduo performs the best in the Gao'an production area,and Boni performs similarly in various production areas.
