基于IMB模型的风险预警护理对良性前列腺增生患者康复的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的风险预警护理对良性前列腺增生患者康复的影响.方法 选取我院2022年08月到2023年08月收治的82例良性前列腺增生患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各组均为41例.所有患者均采取经尿道等离子电切术治疗,对照组采取围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加IMB模型的风险预警护理,分别在护理前后应用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)对患者自我护理能力进行评价,对比两组首次下床时间、尿管拔除时间、首次进食时间和住院时间,最后对比两组并发症发生情况.结果 护理后两组的健康知识水平、自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念相关ESCA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者首次下床时间、尿管拔除时间、首次进食时间和住院时间明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于IMB模型的风险预警护理对良性前列腺增生患者围术期护理效果显著,可提升患者自我护理能力,促进其早日康复,辅助降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of risk early warning nursing based on information mo-tivation behavior skills(IMB)model on the rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyper-plasia.Methods 82 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.All patients were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection,the control group were treated with perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group were treated with risk early warning nursing of IMB model on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability scale(ESCA)was used to evaluate the self-care ability of patients before and after nursing.The first time out of bed,catheter removal time,first eating time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Finally,the complications of the two groups were com-pared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-care ability related to detection behavior,con-trol behavior,treatment behavior and daily behavior in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);The first time of getting out of bed,catheter removal time,first eating time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of postopera-tive complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The risk early warning nursing based on IMB model has a significant effect on the perioperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,which can im-prove the self-care ability of patients,promote their early recovery,and help reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
