肌壁间肌瘤对生育力影响的研究进展

摘要
子宫肌瘤是育龄期女性最常见的妇科良性肿瘤.子宫肌瘤对生育的影响主要与肌瘤的位置、大小有关,浆膜下肌瘤几乎对生育没有影响,黏膜下肌瘤会影响妊娠和辅助生殖技术的结果,治疗黏膜下肌瘤的必要性是公认的.而肌壁间肌瘤对生育力的影响及临床处理方案仍存在争论.本文就肌壁间子宫肌瘤对生育的影响以及治疗方案的选择做一综述.
Abstract
Uterine fibroids are one of the most common benign tumors in women of reproductive age.Fibroids can affect female fertility,which depends on the location and size of fibroids.Sub-serosal fibroids had a little effects,submucosal fibroids have an detrimental effect on fertility,and the necessity of treatment of submucosal fibroids is well recognized.However,the effect of intramural myoma on fertility and its clinical management are still controversial.Therefore,this paper aims to discuss the effect of intramural fibroids on fertility and the choice of treatment.
