加味半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸疗法对脑卒中患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响

摘要
目的 探讨脑卒中应用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸疗法治疗的效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将102例我院2021年3月至2023年5月收治的脑卒中患者分为两组,各51例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸疗法治疗.结果 与对照组比,观察组治疗总有效率高,治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、中医证候积分及血液流变学指标较低(P＜0.05);两组未见明显不良反应.结论 加味半夏白术天麻汤联合针灸疗法治疗脑卒中患者安全有效,可有效改善神经功能,促进血液循环,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of stroke treatment by applying Jiaxianxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with acupuncture therapy.Methods 102 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were divided into two groups of 51 cases each by using the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the addition of flavored hemixia baijutsu tianma soup combined with acupuncture therapy.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Chinese medicine evidence points and blood rheology indexes were lower after treatment(P＜0.05);no significant adverse reactions were seen in the two groups.Conclu-sion The treatment of stroke patients with Jiawei Bianxia Baijiu Tianma Tang combined with ac-upuncture therapy is safe and effective,which can effectively improve the neurological function and promote blood circulation,and has high clinical application value.
