艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果的影响因素分析

摘要
目的 分析艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果的相关影响因素.方法 选取2020年1月-2023年1月防城港市第一人民医院收治的200例接受抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,按照治疗效果将全部200例艾滋病患者分为无效组(n=20例)与有效组(n=180例),统计比较两组的临床资料,影响抗病毒治疗的相关因素.结果 与无效组相比较,有效组中自觉领药方便的患者人数更多(P＜0.05),自觉身体好转可以停药、经常吸毒、饮酒、3种以上不良反应、药物漏服的患者人数明显更少(P＜0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析结果发现,艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果的独立影响因素包括了自觉身体好转可以停药、吸毒、经常饮酒、自觉领药不方便、3种以上不良反应、药物漏服(P＜0.05).结论 影响艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果的相关因素较多;在实际的治疗工作中,临床医师针对相关的影响因素而制定有针对性的干预对策,以提升抗病毒治疗的效果,有效控制疾病.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors affecting the effect of antiviral therapy in AIDS patients.Methods The clinical data of 200 AIDS patients receiving antiviral treatment ad-mitted to Fangchenggang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retro-spectively analyzed.All 200 AIDS patients were divided into an ineffective group(n=20 cases)and an effective group(n=180 cases)according to the treatment effect,and the clinical data of the two groups were statistically compared.Related factors affecting antiviral therapy.Results Compared with the ineffective group,the number of patients in the effective group was more(P＜0.05),and the number of patients who felt that they could stop taking drugs,often took drugs,drank alcohol,had more than 3 adverse reactions,and missed taking drugs was signifi-cantly less(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of the effect of antiviral therapy in AIDS patients included self-conscious withdrawal of drugs after physical improvement,drug abuse,frequent drinking,self-conscious inconvenience in receiving drugs,more than 3 adverse reactions,and drug omission(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are many related factors affecting the effect of antiviral therapy in AIDS patients.In the actual treatment work,clinicians formulate targeted intervention strategies according to relevant influencing factors to enhance the effect of antiviral therapy and effectively control the disease.
