摘要
随着妇科恶性肿瘤发病年龄的年轻化以及女性生育年龄的推迟,相当一部分育龄期女性在确诊恶性肿瘤时仍有生育需要,保留生育能力在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗中已逐渐受到重视.本文结合国内外相关文献,综述妇科恶性肿瘤患者生育力保护的相关研究进展,以期为临床提供借鉴经验.
Abstract
With the younger age of onset of gynecological malignant tumors and the postponement of the reproductive age of women,a considerable number of women of childbearing age still have the need to reproduce when they are diagnosed with malignant tumors.The problem of fertility preservation has gradually received attention in the treatment of gynecological malignancies.This article combines relevant domestic and foreign literature to review the research progress of fertili-ty protection in patients with gynecological malignant tumors,in order to provide reference for clinical experience.
