中药封包热敷心肺俞穴改善高龄患者术后复苏质量、缩短苏醒时间的临床观察

摘要
目的 探讨中药封包热敷心肺俞穴改善高龄患者术后复苏质量、缩短苏醒时间的临床效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将2022年7月至2023年12月本院收治的60例骨科全麻苏醒期高龄患者分为两组.对照组给予常规快速康复外科理念(ERAS)护理,观察组加用中药封包热敷心肺俞穴护理.比较两组清醒程度、苏醒时间、苏醒期麻醉恢复评分(PARS)、不良事件和苏醒期间躁动情况.结果 观察组术后复苏期10min、20min、30min时Steward苏醒评分高于对照组,苏醒时间短于对照组,苏醒期间PARS评分高于对照组,不良事件、苏醒期躁动发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中药封包热敷心肺俞穴可改善高龄患者术后复苏质量,缩短其苏醒时间,降低不良事件发生率,是一种理想的干预方式.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation on heart-lung Shu point to improve the postoperative resuscitation quality and shorten the recov-ery time of elderly patients.Methods 60 elderly patients with general anesthesia in our hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given conventional rapid rehabilitation surgical concept(ERAS)nursing,and the observation group was given cardiopulmonary Shu point nursing with Chinese medicine encapsulation and hot compress.Wakefulness,recovery time,recovery anesthesia score(PARS),adverse events and restlessness during recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The Steward awakening score at 10min,20min and 30min of postoperative re-suscitation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the awakening time was shorter than that of the control group,the PARS score during the awakening period was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events and agitation during the awakening period was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The tradi-tional Chinese medicine encapsulation of heart-lung Shu point can improve the postoperative re-suscitation quality of elderly patients,shorten the recovery time,reduce the incidence of adverse events,is an ideal intervention.
