摘要
目的 报告1例妊娠剧吐孕妇合并抑郁焦虑状态的病例并复习相关文献.方法 回顾性分析2022-10-16至2023-07-21在我院诊疗的1例妊娠剧吐孕妇合并抑郁焦虑状态的诊治资料,结合相关文献复习,分析此病的临床表现、诊断、治疗、预后以及分析此疾病原因、孕期用药对新生儿的影响.结果 患者,女,26岁,因"恶心、呕吐"反复住院诊疗10次,诊治过程中发现患者神志表现异常,经心理科诊治诊断为"1.焦虑抑郁状态2.人格特点突出",经过合理诊疗,患者足月分娩,新生儿出生体重正常,孕期监测胎儿发育正常,出生后随访儿童保健未见异常.孕期发现心理疾病应及时治疗,必要时药物控制,本病例中应用的药物对新生儿的影响无明确关系性.心理疾病问题越来越被大众所关注,但是关于该病例报道和研究较少,因此需要提供更多病例的临床研究,建立合理的诊疗方案.
Abstract
Objective To report a case of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum compli-cated with depression and anxiety and review the relevant literature.Methods The diagnosis and treatment data of a case of hyperemesis gravidarum with depression and anxiety state diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2022-10-16 to 2023-07-21were retrospectively analyzed.The clini-cal manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and long-term effects on neonates of this dis-ease were reviewed combined with relevant literature.Results The patient,female,26 years old,was repeatedly hospitalized for diagnosis and treatment 8 times due to"nausea and vomiting".Abnormal mental performance was found in the course of diagnosis and treatment,and the diag-nosis and treatment of the department of psychology was"1.Anxiety and depression state 2.Prominent personality characteristics".The problem of mental illness has attracted more and more public attention,but there are few reports and studies on this case,so more clinical studies of cases need to be provided to establish a reasonable treatment plan.
