摘要

目前临床上应用的三腔PICC导管存在一定的局限性,使用率较低.因此,我院研究设计了一种采用隧道技术置入三腔PICC导管,应用于需置入三腔中心静脉的危重症患者,采用TPICC技术避免其在临床上的应用限制,提高了实用性及安全性.本文旨在阐述TPICC导管的设计方法及优势.

Abstract

At present,the clinical application of three-cavity PICC catheter has certain limita-tions,and the utilization rate is low.Therefore,our hospital designed a three-cavity PICC cathe-ter inserted by tunnel technology,and applied to critically ill patients who needed to insert the three-cavity central vein.TPICC technology was adopted to avoid the limitations of its clinical ap-plication and improve its practicability and safety.The purpose of this paper is to describe the de-sign method and advantages of TPICC catheter.
