Through clinical operation and literature summary,we aim to develop the ultrasound-guided electrogram positioning central venous catheter(three-chamber PICC),select the better puncture vessel by tunnel PICC,place the catheter outlet in a safer and more comfortable part,expand the applicable scope of three-chamber PICC,improve the success rate of catheterization and reduce the occurrence of complications such as thrombosis,infection,and catheter migra-tion.Ultrasound-guided electrogram positioning tunnel three-chamber PICC catheterization process has reliability,so as to standardize the catheterization operation of clinical medical per-sonnel and promote the development of subcutaneous tunnel technology in the field of PICC,which has important guiding significance for clinical catheterization operation specifications,ulti-mately provide guidance for clinical practice.
