摘要

通过临床操作和文献总结,制定超声引导心腔内电图定位隧道式经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(三腔PICC)置管流程,经隧道式PICC置管选择更佳的穿刺血管,将导管的出口位置放置于更加安全、舒适的部位,并扩大三腔PICC适用范围,提高置管成功率及降低导管相关性血栓、感染、导管移位等并发症的发生.超声引导心腔内电图定位隧道式三腔PICC置管流程具有可靠性,以规范临床医务人员置管操作,推动皮下隧道技术在PICC领域发展,对临床置管操作规范具有重要指导意义,以期为临床实践提供指导.

Abstract

Through clinical operation and literature summary,we aim to develop the ultrasound-guided electrogram positioning central venous catheter(three-chamber PICC),select the better puncture vessel by tunnel PICC,place the catheter outlet in a safer and more comfortable part,expand the applicable scope of three-chamber PICC,improve the success rate of catheterization and reduce the occurrence of complications such as thrombosis,infection,and catheter migra-tion.Ultrasound-guided electrogram positioning tunnel three-chamber PICC catheterization process has reliability,so as to standardize the catheterization operation of clinical medical per-sonnel and promote the development of subcutaneous tunnel technology in the field of PICC,which has important guiding significance for clinical catheterization operation specifications,ulti-mately provide guidance for clinical practice.
