Research on the application of comprehensive standardized supervision nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of dialysis hypotension
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive standardized supervision nursing combined with red ginseng and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in pa-tients with dialysis hypotension.Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure who received he-modialysis treatment at Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into two groups of 40 patients each.The control group received comprehensive and standardized supervi-sion nursing,while the observation group received a combination of red ginseng and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application,both of which were intervened for 8 weeks.Comparing the blood pressure,biochemical indicators before and after intervention,fatigue level and recov-ery time between two groups before dialysis,during dialysis for 2 hours and after dialysis.Re-sults There was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05)between the two groups in terms of pre dialysis diastolic and systolic blood pressure,as well as pre intervention biochemical indicators;The observation group had higher diastolic and systolic blood pressure during 2 hours of dialysis and after dialysis compared to the control group.After intervention,hemoglobin(Hb),plasma albumin(ALB),and transferrin(TRF)of the observation group were all higher than the control,but the C-reactive protein(CRP)was lower than the control,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);After intervention,the revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery time of fatigue after dialysis was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive and standardized supervision nursing combined with red ginseng and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively improve blood pres-sure during and after hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney failure,regulate biochemical indicators,reduce post dialysis fatigue,and accelerate the recovery process.
