摘要
目的 观察数字化认知康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的应用效果.方法 本研究为前瞻性研究,研究对象为100例ASD患儿,应用电脑随机分组法将其分别列为常规组和数字化组,各50例.常规组予以常规康复训练,数字化组予以数字化认知康复训练,比较两组患儿的康复依从性、症状改善、发育情况.结果 在不同训练方式下,数字化组的康复依从性优良率90.00%(45/50)高于常规组64.00%(32/50)(Z=3.089;P<0.05);数字化组的孤独症治疗评价量表(ATEC)中健康/生理/行为、表达/语言沟通、感知/认知能力、社交能力评分分别为(45.44±10.25)分、(8.45±1.36)分、(23.25±5.11)分、(22.33±5.25)分,均高于常规组[(50.29±10.36)分、(10.44±2.41)分、(26.25±5.16)分、(25.42±5.24)分](t=2.353、5.085、2.921、2.946;P<0.05);数字化组的Gesell发育量表中适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人社会维度评分分别为(45.27±10.25)分、(55.39±10.28)分、(53.45±10.26)分、(33.35±5.24)分、(45.44±10.25)分,均高于常规组[(40.36±10.43)分、(50.25±10.36)分、(48.25±10.44)分、(30.24±5.33)分、(40.27±10.31)](t=2.374、2.490、2.512、2.942、2.515;P<0.05).结论 数字化认知康复训练能提高ASD患儿的康复依从性,对改善患儿临床症状、发育情况均有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of digital cognitive rehabilitation training on children with ASD.Methods This prospective study included 100 children with ASD admit-ted.They were randomly divided by a computer into the conventional group(50 cases)and the digital group(50 cases).The conventional group received routine rehabilitation training,while the digital group received digital cognitive rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation compliance,symptom improvement,developmental status of the two groups were compared.Results Under different training methods,the excellent rate of rehabilitation compliance in the digital group was 90.00%(45/50)higher than that in the conventional group 64.00%(32/50)(Z=3.089;P<0.05).The ATEC scores of health/physiology/behavior,expression/language communication,perception/cognitive ability and social ability respectively were(45.44±10.25),(8.45±1.36),(23.25±5.11),and(22.33±5.25),witch was all higher than the digital group that scores were[(50.29±10.36),(10.44±2.41),(26.25±5.16),and(25.42±5.24)](t=2.353,5.085,2.921,2.946;P<0.05);The Gesell developmental scale scores for adaptability,gross motor,fine motor,language,and personal social dimensions in the digital group were(45.27±10.25)points,(55.39±10.28)points,(53.45±10.26)points,(33.35±5.24)points,and(45.44±10.25)points,higher than the conventional group[(40.36±10.43)points,(50.25±10.36)points,(48.25±10.44)points,(30.24±5.33)points,and(40.27±10.31)points](t=2.374,2.490,2.512,2.515;P<0.05).Conclusion Digital cognitive reha-bilitation training can improve the rehabilitation compliance of children with ASD,also has a posi-tive significance in improving their clinical symptoms and developmental status.
