摘要
乳癌作为全球最常见的癌症,严重威胁着女性的健康.微生物菌群失调与抑郁症、肥胖症、糖尿病、癌症等疾病密切相关.人体微生物菌群失调与恶性肿瘤的关系已成为临床研究的热点.越来越多的研究表明,肠道和乳腺组织微生物菌群失调与乳癌发生和发展相关.本文对微生物菌群失调与乳癌发生和发展相关性研究进展进行综述,以期为乳癌的防治提供理论支持.
Abstract
Breast cancer,as the most common cancer in the world,is a serious threat to the health in women.Microflora dysregulation is closely associated with the diseases such as depression,obesity,diabetes,and cancer,and the association between microflora dysregulation and malignancies has become a hotspot in clinical research.More and more studies have shown that micro-flora dysregulation in the intestine and breast tissue are associated with the development and progression of breast cancer.This arti-cle reviews the research advances in the association between microflora dysregulation and the development and progression of breast cancer,in order to provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
