摘要
子宫内膜腺纤维瘤是一种苗勒管起源的良性混合肿瘤,具有组织学良性、诊断困难、高复发率的特点.本文对该病的发病特点、临床表现、影像学表现、诊断及治疗进行分析,并复习相关文献,为了解该病特点、指导临床诊治提供帮助.
Abstract
Endometrial adenofibroma is a benign mixed tumor originating from the Mullerian duct,characterized by histo-logical benign features,difficult diagnosis,and high recurrence rate.This article analyzes the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,imaging findings,diagnosis,and treatment of this disease and performs a literature review,so as to provide help for understanding the characteristics of this disease and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
