摘要
肺纤维肉瘤是一种罕见的肺部肿瘤,具有典型的侵袭性和蔓延性,生长速度极快,病程进展迅速,预后极差.其临床表现、影像学表现与原发性肺癌相似,病理诊断为其确诊的金标准.本文报告1例于我院就诊的肺纤维肉瘤病人,并复习相关文献,为临床医师诊断肺纤维肉瘤提供参考.
Abstract
Pulmonary fibrosarcoma is a rare tumor of the lung characterized by typical invasion and spreading,rapid growth and progression,and an extremely poor prognosis.It has similar clinical and imaging manifestations to primary lung cancer,and pathological examination is the gold standard for diagnosis.This article reports a patient with pulmonary fibrosarcoma who attended our hospital and performs a literature review,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosarcoma among cli-nicians.
