摘要
微针(MN)是一种经皮给药装置,可以突破口腔黏膜屏障递送药物,具有安全、无痛、微创和高效的特点.本文就MN的种类及其在口腔疾病(例如口腔黏膜潜在恶性疾病、复发性阿弗他溃疡和口腔癌)中应用的最新进展进行综述,并探讨其应用的局限性及未来的发展方向,以期为MN在口腔疾病中的临床应用提供新的思路和方向.
Abstract
Microneedle(MN)is a type of device for transdermal drug delivery that can penetrate the oral mucosal barrier to deliver drugs,with the features of good safety,painlessness,minimal invasiveness,and efficient administration.The article re-views the types of MN and the latest advances in their application in oral diseases,such as potential malignant diseases of oral mu-cosa,recurrent aphthous ulcers,and oral cancer,as well as their limitations and the directions for future development,in order to provide new ideas and directions for the clinical application of MN in oral diseases.
