摘要
受试验方法学、试剂、标本状态和献血者个体因素等影响,部分献血者因血液筛查单试剂反应性被永久屏蔽,因未做进一步的确证试验可能为假反应性,对此国内很多采供血机构在进行献血者的归队工作.本文就献血者归队的定义、归队指南的版本更新、国内采供血机构进行归队工作情况作一综述.
Abstract
Due to the influence of test methodology,reagents,specimen status,and individual factors of blood donors,some blood donors have been permanently shielded due to single-reagent reactivity in blood screening,which might be false reactivi-ty due to the lack of further confirmatory tests,and in this regard,blood collection and supply institutions in China are carrying out the reentry of blood donors.This article reviews the definition of blood donor reentry,version updates of reentry guidelines,and the reentry work of blood collection and supply institutions in China.
