摘要
胫骨前肌腱外移术是治疗足部肌肉力量不平衡导致的足部畸形常用的手术方式,但国内对此种手术的研究和报道较少.本文主要就胫骨前肌腱外移术的历史、适应证和禁忌证、具体的手术技术、效果和并发症、术后管理进行综述,以期为对软组织外科学感兴趣的医务工作者提供帮助.
Abstract
Anterior tibial tendon transfer surgery is a commonly used surgical method for the treatment of foot deformities caused by muscle imbalance in the foot,but there are few studies and reports of this approach in China.This article reviews anterior tibial tendon transfer surgery from the aspects of history,indications,contraindications,specific surgical techniques,outcomes,complications,and postoperative management,in order to provide help for medical workers interested in soft tissue surgery.
