Research on Teachers'Ability Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Home-school-community Collaborative Education
In the practice of home-school-community cooperative education,the teacher plays a dominant role.Training teachers'ability is the key to improving the home-school-community cooperative education level.Against the backdrop of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education,enhancing the collaborative education ability of teachers from home,school,and society faces multiple challenges,including subjective willingness,assessment system,and improvement mechanism.Therefore,vocational colleges should optimize top-level design,coordinate training systems,improve evaluation mechanisms,increase support efforts,and build a new pattern of collaborative education work.
