摘要
婴幼儿托育服务关系千家万户,婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业正是培养这方面人才.婴幼儿托育服务人才培养中的"四方联动"是指国家政策倾斜、学校教师与学生的努力、园所机构的积极参与以及社会的综合评价和对人才的认可度.这四个方面相互影响、相互补充、协调共育.高职院校在培养婴幼儿托育服务人才过程中,要充分重视这四个要素并发挥它们的力量和影响力,为培养婴幼儿托育服务人才提供指导与保障.
Abstract
The infant and toddler care services are closely related to thousands of households,and the Infant and Toddler Care Services and Management Program established by the Ministry of Education is precisely aimed at cultivating talents in this field.The"Four Party Linkage"in the cultivation of talents in Infant and Toddler Care Services refers to the tilt of national policies,the efforts of school teachers and students,the active participation of kindergarten institutions,and the comprehensive evaluation and recognition of talents by society.These four aspects mutually influence,complement each other,and coordinate and nurture together.In the process of cultivating talents in Infant and Toddler Care Services,vocational colleges should fully attach importance to these four elements and leverage their power and influence to provide guidance and guarantee for cultivating talents in Infant and Toddler Care Services.
