浅析如何将工匠精神培育融入有机化学教学

摘要
专业课的课程思政就是在教学中不仅要关注学生理论知识与专业知识、专业技能的训练,也要注重将工匠精神等职业素养的培育融入人才培养的全过程.有机化学通过确定课程思政教育目标、挖掘凝练提升内生性课程思政要素、实施多样化的课程思政教学模式,将工匠精神培育多维度、全过程、全方位地融入到教学中,发挥了教书育人的作用,课程思政的教学探索与实践研究达到了预期的效果.
Abstract
The ideological and political education in professional courses means that we should not only focus on the training of students'professional knowledge and skills,but also on the cultivation of professional qualities such as craftsman spirit throughout the education process.Teachers have seamlessly integrated the cultivation of craftsman spirit into organic chemistry teaching,employing a multi-faceted and holistic approach.By establishing educational objectives that align with ideological and political elements of the curriculum,extracting inherent elements of ideological and political education,and implementing diverse teaching models,they have achieved remarkable results in fostering professional qualities in students.
