数字城市建设背景下数字档案建设的思考

摘要
城建档案是城市规划、建设和管理的重要工具,是重要的城建信息资源.在数字城市建设背景下,随着城市化进程不断加快,海量数据的更新迭代迫使城建档案管理实现数字化转型.建立标准化数字档案体系,将数字档案融入数字城市基础平台,实现数字档案的智能而高效的存储和利用是当前数字化城市建设亟待解决的问题.基于对数字档案建设历程和技术基础的研究,提出了数字城市建设背景下城市数字档案管理平台建设模式.
Abstract
Urban construction archives are important tools for urban planning,construction,and management,and are important urban construction information resources.In the context of digital city construction,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the updating and iteration of massive data force urban construction archives management to achieve digital transformation.Establishing a standardized digital archive system,integrating digital archives into the basic platform of digital cities,and achieving intelligent and efficient storage and utilization of digital archives are urgent issues that need to be addressed in the current construction of digital cities.Based on the research on the construction process and technical foundation of digital archives,a construction model of urban digital archives management platform under the background of digital city construction is proposed.
