The norms of filial piety in traditional legal culture have been constantly evolving,connecting with modernity through four modes of action:"support","contradiction","detour",and"education".In judicial practice,the integration of traditional culture and judicial trial is mainly achieved through two methods:advocacy and factual evaluation.In order to fully leverage the role of traditional legal culture in interpreting laws and promoting legal education,it is necessary to clarify the meaning of behavioral norms and determine the connotation and extension of filial piety norms;strengthen judicial application,standardize the procedural mechanism of judicial application and enhance the professionalism of the judiciary;expand the path of legal publicity,carry out legal publicity and build a family dispute resolution studio.By inheriting and developing the excellent traditional legal culture of China,we can provide professional,precise,and in-depth judicial services to the people,and empower the modernization of the Chinese style rule of law.
