教师教学能力是教师专业发展的核心要素.课堂教学督导作为推动高职教师个人专业能力提升的关键组成,在教学保障和评价体系中发挥着重要作用.在当前高质量发展的新态势下,高职院校在探索增强教师教学能力的教学实践中面临许多现实困境.高职教师需在职业信念和责任担当、优化教学过程的协调把控、提升教学内容选择与教学设计的能力、增强课堂交流与师生沟通、实现板书与PPT的兼顾融合等方面的进行提升和优化.

Teachers'teaching ability is the core element of teachers'professional development.Classroom teaching supervision,as a key component to promote the improvement of higher vocational teachers'personal professional ability,plays an important role in the teaching guarantee and evaluation system.Under the new situation of high-quality development,higher vocational colleges face many practical difficulties in the teaching practice of exploring and enhancing teachers'teaching ability.Vocational college teachers need to improve their professional beliefs and responsibilities,optimize the coordination and control of the teaching process,enhance their ability to choose teaching content and design,enhance classroom communication and teacher-student communication,and achieve the integration of blackboard writing and PPT.
