在《新时代高校思想政治理论课教师行为规范和准则》中,"人格正"贯穿始终,体现了政治、育人、弘道、情感四个维度的导向,对应了政治、话语、行为、道德四个方面的边界.基于此,提升高校思政课教师的引领力,需要强化政治信仰培育,注重话语体系建构,建立负面清单制度,探索岗位准入机制,选树品德高尚典型,展现新担当和新作为.
Abstract
In the Code of Conduct and Guidelines for Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Higher Education Institutions in the New Era,the principle of"having a positive personality"runs through the entire process,reflecting the guidance of four dimensions:politics,education,preaching,and emotions,corresponding to the boundaries of politics,discourse,behavior,and morality.Based on this,to enhance the leadership of ideological and political teachers in universities and colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of political beliefs,pay attention to the construction of discourse systems,establish a negative list system,explore job admission mechanisms,select noble moral models,and demonstrate new responsibilities and achievements.
