摘要
家政服务(整理收纳)首次亮相中华人民共和国第二届职业技能大赛"新职业"项目,引发社会各界对整理收纳师的好奇与关注.整理收纳师职业近五年在我国兴起,被人力资源社会保障部列为"新职业".国内整理收纳行业发展迅猛,是整理收纳人员职业培训的主要来源.家政服务(整理收纳)的职业教育尚处起步阶段,现正逐步实施整理收纳的专业布局、人才培养同行业接轨.家政服务(整理收纳)赛项纳入全国技能大赛,可以深化对整理收纳的人才培养、职业内涵和竞赛机制不断研究,从而推动行业发展.
Abstract
Housekeeping service(tidying and storage)made its debut in the new occupation project of the 2nd China Vocational Skills Competition,which aroused the curiosity and attention of all walks of life to home organizers.Home organizers originated in the United States,developed in Japan,and have emerged in China in the past five years.They have been listed as a"new profession"by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.The domestic sorting and storage industry is developing rapidly and is the main source of vocational training for sorting and storage personnel.The vocational education of China's domestic service(tidying and storage)is still in its infancy,and in recent years,the professional layout,talent training and industry integration have been gradually implemented.
