摘要

职业教育赋能乡村人才振兴涵盖现实、发展和实践三大逻辑.乡村人才振兴吁求更高质量的人才支撑乡村产业升级,通过有针对性的职业教育推动共同富裕实现,以技术赋能乡村新发展.职业教育应当紧密联系乡村发展实际,对接产业链和产业集群,完善人才培养体系,畅通人才发展渠道,加强"知农爱农"教育,为乡村振兴提供文化支持,满足产业发展对人才需求.

Abstract

Empowering rural talent revitalization through vocational education involves three main logics:reality,development,and practice.The revitalization of rural talents calls for higher quality talents to support the upgrading of rural industries,promote common prosperity through targeted vocational education,and empower new rural development with technology.Vocational education should be closely linked to the actual development of rural areas,connect with industrial chains and clusters,improve the talent training system,smooth channels for talent development,strengthen education on"knowing and loving agriculture",provide cultural support for rural revitalization,and meet the talent needs of industrial development.
