Strengthening the supervision and evaluation of online public opinion plays an important role in higher education institutions'scientific response to crisis events,improving education management and service levels.From the perspective of promoting the modernization of the education system and governance capacity,colleges and universities should explore the causes of network crisis events from the aspects of virtual network socialization,network crisis response,network participants,and network ecology.Based on this,efforts should be made to improve response mechanisms,promote safety education,and shape and purify the cyberspace.
