Risk Identification and Prevention of the Construction and Operation of Mixed-ownership Productive Training Base—Taking"Jingdong Logistics Campus Cloud Warehouse"as an Example
The joint construction of mixed ownership productive training bases by schools and enterprises is an important attempt in the reform and innovation of modern higher vocational education,but there are also some potential risks in the construction and operation.Based on the construction and operation analysis of the"Campus Cloud Warehouse"productive training base project of JD Logistics at a vocational and technical college in Qingdao,it is found that there are policy and legal risks,technical risks,financial risks,management risks,and operational risks in the construction and operation of the mixed ownership productive training base.The identification and prevention of these risks can not only provide guarantees for the sustainability of the construction and operation of the mixed ownership production training base,but also comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education training and teaching.
