Research on the Path for Ideological and Political Course Teachers to Assist in Enhancing the Course Ideological and Political Ability of Professional Course Teachers
The two-way integration of ideological and political education and professional education is an effective way to achieve the same direction of ideological and political education courses and enhance the ideological and political abilities of professional course teachers.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation,existing problems,and influencing factors of the ideological and political abilities of professional course teachers in 10 vocational colleges in Shandong Province,there is a demand for the participation of ideological and political course teachers in carrying out course ideological and political education.Organizational barriers have affected the participation of ideological and political course teachers in professional course ideological and political work,and cognitive misunderstandings have affected the collaboration between ideological and political course teachers and professional course teachers.A method and strategy for enhancing the ideological and political abilities of professional course teachers through the two-way integration of ideological and political education and professionalism is proposed,which is to form a mission oriented integration concept based on the theoretical logic of strategy implementation,to pry the lever of conscious integration based on the practical needs of strategy implementation,and to build a collaborative and integrated system based on the design of strategy implementation.
