Research on Optimization of High skilled Talent Training Program Based on Industry Standards—Taking Electrical Engineering as an Example
The optimization of the high skilled personnel training plan based on industry standards gives vocational education a new value orientation,and is a key node for higher vocational colleges to promote the integration of industry and education,deepen the teaching reform and improve the quality of practical training.According to the investigation of the educational practice of electrical major,it is found that the differences in the understanding of the technical attributes and educational levels of high skilled personnel,as well as the relative lag in the integration of industry and education and the construction and development of teachers in higher vocational colleges are not conducive to solving the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of high skilled personnel.In view of industry standards,higher vocational colleges should innovate personnel training models,promote the deepening and implementation of school enterprise cooperation,improve teaching evaluation systems,upgrade internship and training platforms,and optimize the supply of high skilled personnel training resources and services.
