高职院校深度校企合作校本风险防控机制构建研究

摘要
产教融合是职业教育高质量发展的基本路径,校企合作则是职业院校办学的本质特征和基本模式.为有效规避高职院校校企合作办学、生产性实训基地建设等深度校企合作项目中存在的校本风险,高职院校需要基于校本风险防控体系构建的原则,健全基础风险核查、过程风险管控和风险防控协同三项机制.同时,高职院校在校本风险防控运行中要重视规避群体决策风险、完善风险防控责任机制和强化风险防控文化建设.
Abstract
The integration of industry and education is the fundamental path for the high-quality development of vocational education,while school enterprise cooperation is the essential characteristic and basic model of vocational colleges.In order to effectively avoid school-based risks in deep school enterprise cooperation projects such as school enterprise cooperation in running schools and the construction of productive training bases,based on the construction principles of school-based risk prevention and control system,vocational colleges need to establish three mechanisms for school-based risk prevention and control:basic risk verification,process risk control,and collaborative risk prevention and control.At the same time,vocational colleges should attach importance to avoiding group decision-making risks,improving risk prevention and control responsibility mechanisms,and strengthening the construction of risk prevention and control culture in their school-based risk prevention and control operations.
