推动德智体美劳"五育"并举一体化贯通,是提高学生综合素质、促进学生全面发展的基本要求.一些高职院校在落实"五育"并举的过程中,存在课程设置缺乏职业特色、职业价值观教育不足、对学生个性关注不够等问题.基于对高职教育"五育"并举在职业侧重、环境适应和个性全面诸方面和谐发展应然特性的分析,高职院校应当坚持职业导向、价值引领和人本目标,着力提升学生的岗位胜任力、环境适应力和职业发展力.
The Connotation,Characteristics and Practical Path of Combining the Five Educations in Higher Vocational Education
Promoting the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education is a fundamental requirement for improving students'comprehensive quality and promoting their all-round development.In the process of implementing the"Five Education",some vocational colleges have problems such as a lack of vocational characteristics in curriculum design,insufficient education on vocational values,and insufficient attention to students'personalities.Based on the analysis of the harmonious development characteristics of vocational emphasis,environmental adaptation,and comprehensive personality in the"five educations"of higher vocational education,vocational colleges should adhere to career orientation,value driven,and humanistic goals,and focus on improving students'job competence,environmental adaptability,and career development ability.
