新质生产力作为一种先进生产力质态,内在地决定了与农村社会发展密切相关的农村职业教育的发展方向.新质生产力驱动农村职业教育高质量发展以适应经济发展需求,体现为促进教育理念更新、丰富教育内容和教学手段、促进农村职业教育与产业的深度融合等方面.然而,当前农村职业教育在高质量发展过程中仍面临一些现实瓶颈,无法适应新质生产力的要求.农村职业教育要想高质量发展必须提高人才培养层次、提升教育信息化水平、加速产教融合,从而以高质量发展赋能新质生产力发展.
The Realistic Logic and Practical Strategies of New-Quality Productivity Driving the High-Quality Development of Rural Vocational Education
As an advanced form of productivity,the new quality productivity inherently determines the development direction of rural vocational education,which is closely related to the development of rural society.The new quality productivity drives the high-quality development of rural vocational education to meet the needs of economic development,which is reflected in promoting the updating of educational concepts,enriching educational content and teaching methods,and promoting the deep integration of rural vocational education and industry.However,current rural vocational education still faces some practical bottlenecks in the process of high-quality development,and cannot meet the requirements of new quality productivity.The high-quality development of rural vocational education must improve the level of talent cultivation,enhance the level of educational informatization,and accelerate the integration of industry and education,so as to empower the development of new quality productive forces with high-quality development.
