数智赋能我国研究生教育管理组织形态的变革与建构

摘要
推进教育数字化已上升为国家战略.数字技术与研究生教育的深度融合,刷新着研究生教育管理的"势"与"事".站在强国建设、创新型国家建设和数字中国建设的高度,紧跟数智时代步伐,准确审视和把握研究生教育、研究生教育管理、研究生教育管理组织的因时、因势、因"数"之变.通过数智赋能,实现研究生教育管理组织形态从内容维向功能维、从科层制向平台化的颠覆性变革和重构.
Abstract
The advancement of education digitization has been elevated to a national strategic level.The profound integration of digital technologies with graduate education is revolutionizing the dynamics and operations of graduate education management.Positioned at the confluence of building a powerful nation,an innovative country,and a digital China,and keeping pace with the digital intelligence era,this study scrutinizes and addresses the timely,situational,and digital-driven transformations in gradu-ate education,its management,and the organizational structures governing it.Through the enablement of digital intelligence,this research envisions a radical shift and restructuring of the organizational forms in graduate education management,transitioning from a content-oriented to a function-oriented dimension and from a hierarchical bureaucracy to a platform-oriented model.
