The Interdisciplinary Coordinated Development between the Science and Technology Study and the Higher Education Study in Germany
Over the last two decades,the German government and third-party research funding or-ganizations have consciously constructed an interdisciplinary academic community for the coordinated development between the science and technology study and the higher education study through establis-hing research entities,subject commissions and databases.These two disciplines,which follow differ-ent paradigms,are constantly converging in terms of research objects and methods,laying the founda-tions for coordinated developments.In this context,the two disciplines are continually seeking the uni-ty of academic and applied dimensions,which reflects the continuous integration of scientific research and the higher education system in Germany.
