摘要
教育评价改革是一项前沿性、世界性、历史性难题,是"破"与"立"的辩证关系体.新时代教育评价改革在历史、理论、实践、技术逻辑的系统交织中理性推进,是厚植教育评价功能和目的认知的迭代演进,承载以人为本和教育公平理论的评价自觉,合乎教育实践和评价实践需要的共同构筑,以及立足思维变革与智慧运行前沿的技术重塑.基于历史、理论、实践、技术四重逻辑管窥新时代教育评价改革的理性逻辑,对于理解和促进新时代教育评价改革意义重大.
Abstract
Educational evaluation reform is a cutting-edge,worldwide,and historical difficulty and a dialectical relationship between"breaking"and"establishing."It is an iterative evolution rooted in the recognition of the functions and purposes of educational evaluation,a self-awareness carrying the princi-pals of people-oriented and educational equity,a joint construction to meet the needs of educational and assessment practices and a technical remodeling shaped by the frontiers of thinking change and intelli-gent operation.Exploring the rational logic of education evaluation reform in the new era from the per-spectives of history,theory,practice and technology is of great significance to understand and promote education evaluation reform in the new era.
