摘要
全球南方作为一股新的力量在国际格局中的影响力正日益增强.当前,全球南方高等教育已经从依附中崛起,成为世界高等教育的主体和增长引擎,但依然面临知识生产能力不足、边缘处境没有发生根本性改变等问题.面向未来,全球南方高等教育应坚持内源性发展,着力构建多元多层的高等教育体系,建立广泛的高等教育国际合作,使高等教育发展立足于本国经济社会需求、服务于全球知识网络竞争力的提升.作为全球南方的天然成员,中国应深化和升级南南高等教育合作,促进全球南方高等教育发展,推动全球南方群体性崛起,构筑全球南方命运共同体.
Abstract
The influence of the Global South as a new force in the international structure is increas-ingly vital.Nowadays,although higher education in the Global South has risen from a relier to the main body and growth engine of world higher education,it still faces problems like insufficient knowl-edge production capacity and no fundamental change in its marginal situation.Looking forward,higher education in the Global South should adhere to endogenous development,build a diverse and multi-lay-ered higher education system,and establish extensive international cooperation so that the development of higher education could meet domestic economic and social needs while improving competitiveness in the global knowledge network.As a natural member of the Global South,China should deepen and up-grade south-south higher education cooperation,promote the development of higher education in the Global South,advance the collective rise of the Global South,and build a community with a shared fu-ture for the Global South.
