摘要
高等教育是教育、科技、人才的交汇点和制高点,承载着自主培养人才、推动科技创新、提升国家竞争力的使命,而教育、科技、人才协同发展是推进高等教育强国建设的关键.教育、科技、人才协同发展对高等教育强国建设和高质量发展具有倍增效应,当前三者在协同发展上还存在不足,因此需要政产学研用合作育人、校企合作统筹推进科技创新以及多主体协作提升国际竞争力.
Abstract
Higher education serves as a crucial intersection and vantage point for education,science and technology,and talent development.It undertakes the mission of independently cultivating talents,promoting scientific and technological innovation,and enhancing national competitiveness.The syner-gistic development of education,science and technology,and talents is key to promoting the construc-tion of a powerful country in higher education,which has a multiplier effect on the construction and high-quality development.Currently,there are deficiencies in the collaborative development among these three sectors.Therefore,it is imperative to foster government-industry-university-research-user coop-eration in education;to promote school-enterprise cooperation in overall planning for scientific and technological innovation;and to enhance international competitiveness through multi-entity collaboration.
