Cross-cultural Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of the Belt and Road Initiative
Strengthening the practice of cross-cultural education and cultivating cross-cultural talents has great practical significance for the high-level opening-up of higher vocational education and the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.As the Belt and Road Initiative progresses,higher vocational colleges will deeply engage in cross-cultural practice activities such as cross-border education and international production capacity cooperation,aiming to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents with national sentiments and an international perspective.To achieve this,higher voca-tional colleges need to address the challenges of insufficient resource supply and inadequate cross-cultur-al educational capabilities among teachers,enhance the top-level design of cross-cultural education,in-corporate cross-cultural education into their talent training systems,strengthen the quality assurance of cross-cultural education projects,and continuously improve the quality of cross-cultural education.
