摘要
在美国文化语境下,高等教育问责是一个高度复杂的概念,体现了应答诉求、透明技术、控制过程与改进行动的多重意义,构成了多样化的问责关系.在实践情境下不同问责意义结构自身及其相互之间,存在着一系列内在张力与深层挑战.凸显问责的责任之维,从主体、结构与理念三个方面推动高等教育问责改革的责任转向,可以为引导问责走出现实困境提供一条建设性思路.
Abstract
In American culture,higher education accountability is a highly complex concept that em-bodies the multiple meanings of responding to demands,transparent technology,control processes,and improvement actions.It constitutes a diversified accountability relationship.In the practical situation,there are a series of internal tensions and profound challenges within and between different accountabili-ty structures.Highlighting the responsibility dimension of accountability and promoting the responsi-bility shift of higher education accountability reform from three aspects of the subject,structure and i-dea could provide a constructive approach to guiding accountability out of realistic dilemma.
