Interdisciplinarity:Interaction between Social Science and Natural Science
Since the 19th century, the historical evolution of interdisciplinary research has shown significant stage characteristics, with social science's birth, development, and new progress as the main clues, revolving around the interaction between natural science and social science. The"reference"between disciplines after division differed from classical knowledge's comprehensiveness. When knowl-edge crosses at a new starting point, and after going through the active and conscious periods,interdis-ciplinarity crosses boundaries and points to social needs and knowledge production.Innovation is the basic connotation that runs through it all.Interdisciplinary activities break the orderly state of knowl-edge,and after experiencing an uncertain stage, mature interdisciplinary disciplines create a new order-ly state.Knowledge achieves innovation in a cycle of"stability-instability-stability,"and interdisci-plinary becomes the"engine"of innovation.Based on the above changes in the state of knowledge,in-terdisciplinarity develops in the contradiction between knowledge supply and demand, which are orien-ted towards the future through the transformation of university talent cultivation and the localization of disciplines.
